Pravidlá pre návštevníkov
Návštevník je povinný správať sa podľa platnej legislatívy Slovenskej Republiky.
Je zakázané vnášať, prechovávať a konzumovať alkoholické nápoje v priestoroch festivalu. (Platí aj pre osoby staršie ako 18 rokov.)
Je zakázané v priestoroch festivalu prechovávať a užívať omamné či psychotropné látky.
Návštevníci pod vplyvom alkoholu alebo iných látok obťažujúci okolie, budú vyvedení z priestorov bez nároku na vrátenie vstupného.
Fajčenie (cigariet, cigár, elek.cigariet, vodných fajok, vaporizérov a i.) je v priestoroch festivalu zakázané.
Návštevníci sú povinní nosiť pásku (vstupenku) viditeľne na zápästí. Pokiaľ dôjde k strhnutiu, vstupenka sa stáva neplatnou. Za strhnutú vstupenku nebude vydaná náhradná a nebude preplatená.
Pokiaľ niekto znečistí priestory festivalu, je povinný ich čo najskôr vrátiť do pôvodného stavu.
V kinosále je zakázané konzumovať jedlá a nápoje.
V prípade, že návštevník spôsobí majetkovú škodu DK Zrkadlový háj, organizátorovi alebo iným účastníkom festivalu, je tento návštevník povinný škodu nahradiť v plnom rozsahu.
V priestoroch festivalu majú návštevníci zakázané pripájať sa na elektrickú sieť vlastnými zariadeniami, ak nie je stanovené inak.
Účastníci sú povinní riadiť sa pokynmi organizátorov – organizátori festivalu budú pre rozoznanie od návštevníkov označení.
Účastníci sú povinní dodržiavať pravidlá slušného správania. Je zakázané fyzicky či slovne napádať ostatných účastníkov.
Je zakázané vylepovať plagáty, reklamy a umiestňovať letáky a brožúry bez predošlej dohody s organizátorom.
Vstup s akoukoľvek funkčnou reálnou zbraňou do priestorov festivalu nie je povolený.
Makety zbraní, ktoré slúžia ako súčasť cosplayov, je nutné pri príchode na festival oznámiť a ukázať organizátorovi v infostánku. Je povinné s nimi narábať tak, aby nedošlo k ujme na zdraví a majetku.
Do areálu festivalu nie je povolené vodiť či priniesť akékoľvek zvieratá.
Na odloženie osobných vecí bude vyhradená šatňa – organizátori neručia za stratu, poškodenie či zmiznutie vecí návštevníka v priestoroch festivalu, vrátaňe šatňe.
Organizátori si vyhradzujú právo na doplnenie pravidiel podľa potreby. V prípade porušenia pravidiel návštevníkom, môže byť táto osoba organizátorom adekvátne potrestaná. V prípade potreby aj vykázaním z festivalu bez nároku na vrátenie vstupného.
V prípade akýchkoľvek problémov sa obráťte na organizátorov.
Návštevník kúpou lístka na festival udeľuje súhlas organizátorovi festivalu so spracovaním svojich osobných údajov na účely realizácie a propagácie festivalu.
Návštevník kúpou lístka na festival udeľuje súhlas organizátorovi festivalu s použitím svojej podobizne na účely propagácie festivalu, najmä formou vyhotovenia fotografií, videa alebo obrazového záznamu z festivalu.
V priestoroch festivalu platí zákaz politickej / ideologickej propagandy.
V priestoroch festivalu platí zákaz manipulácie s otvoreným ohňom.
Rules for visitors
The visitor is obliged to behave according with the Slovak Republic legislation
It is forbidden to bring in, carry and/or consume alcohol and alcoholic beverages in the area of the festival. (Applicable even for visitors 18 years old and older.)
It is forbidden to bring in, carry or use any narcotic drugs and/or psychotronic substances in the area of the festival.
Visitors under the influence of alcohol or other substances harassing other visitors, will be removed from the festival without refund.
Smoking of any form (tobacco, electronic Cigarettes, hookahs, vaporisers, etc) is forbidden in the area of the festival.
Visitors are required to wear the armband (ticket) visibly on their wrist. If it is torn off, the ticket becomes invalid. The demolished ticket will not be replaced or refunded.
If anyone soils any of the areas on the festival, he is obliged to put it to its original state.
It is forbidden to consume food or drinks in the cinema room.
If someone causes damage to property of the community centre, the organisers or other visitors, he is obligated to pay for the damage in full.
It is forbidden for visitors to connect their personal devices to the electrical system, if it is not stated otherwise.
Visitors are obliged to follow the instructions of the organisers - organisers will be properly marked.
Visitors are obliged to behave politely. It is forbidden to physically or verbally attack other visitors.
Posters and advertising material may not be displayed or plastered without prior agreement from the main organiser.
Any weapons are prohibited at the festival.
All replicas of weapons for cosplay must be reported to and approved by the organiser at the info desk upon entering the festival area. Replicas of weapons used as part of cosplay must be handled carefully to avoid injury to other visitors and/or any damage to the property.
It is not allowed to bring any animals to the festival.
A dressing room for personal belongings will be provided. The organisers are not liable for any lost, damaged or missing things of the visitors in the area of the festival, including the dressing room.
The organisers reserve the right to supplement the rules if necessary. If the visitor violates these rules, the organisers reserve the right to adequate punishment, which may include expulsion from the festival without refund of admission.

By purchasing a ticket to the festival, the visitor gives consent to the festival organiser to process his personal data for the purposes of implementing and promoting the festival.

Political/ideological propaganda is prohibited in the festival premises.
