Pravidlá pre návštevníkov
Návštevník je povinný správať sa podľa platnej legislatívy Slovenskej Republiky.
Návštevníci sú povinní nosiť pásku (vstupenku) viditeľne na zápästí. Pokiaľ dôjde k strhnutiu, vstupenka sa stáva neplatnou. Za strhnutú vstupenku nebude vydaná náhradná a nebude preplatená.
Účastníci sú povinní riadiť sa pokynmi organizátorov – organizátori festivalu budú pre rozoznanie od návštevníkov označení.
V priestoroch festivalu platí zákaz politickej / ideologickej propagandy.
Účastníci sú povinní dodržiavať pravidlá slušného správania. Je zakázané fyzicky či slovne napádať ostatných účastníkov.
Je zakázané vnášať, prechovávať a konzumovať alkoholické nápoje v priestoroch festivalu. (Platí aj pre osoby staršie ako 18 rokov.)
Je zakázané v priestoroch festivalu prechovávať a užívať omamné či psychotropné látky.
Návštevníci pod vplyvom alkoholu alebo iných látok obťažujúci okolie, budú vyvedení z priestorov bez nároku na vrátenie vstupného.
Fajčenie (cigariet, cigár, elektrických cigariet, vodných fajok, vaporizérov a i.) je v priestoroch festivalu zakázané.
V priestoroch festivalu platí zákaz manipulácie s otvoreným ohňom.
V kinosále je zakázané konzumovať jedlá a nápoje.
Pokiaľ niekto znečistí priestory festivalu, je povinný ich čo najskôr vrátiť do pôvodného stavu.
V prípade, že návštevník spôsobí majetkovú škodu DK Zrkadlový háj, organizátorovi alebo iným účastníkom festivalu, je tento návštevník povinný škodu nahradiť v plnom rozsahu.
V priestoroch festivalu majú návštevníci zakázané pripájať sa na elektrickú sieť vlastnými zariadeniami, ak nie je stanovené inak.
Je zakázané vylepovať plagáty, reklamy a umiestňovať letáky a brožúry bez predošlej dohody s organizátorom.
Predaj tovaru a služieb v celom areáli festivalu je povolený výhradne so súhlasom organizátora.
Vstup s akoukoľvek funkčnou reálnou zbraňou do priestorov festivalu nie je povolený.
Makety zbraní, ktoré slúžia ako súčasť cosplayov sú povolené, ich držanie je však nutné pri príchode na festival oznámiť a ukázať organizátorovi na info stánku. Zároveň je povinné s týmito maketami narábať tak, aby nedošlo k ujme na zdraví či majetku.
Organizátori festivalu nezodpovedajú za neplnoletých návštevníkov, ktorí boli na festivale ponechaní bez sprievodu dospelej osoby.
Do areálu festivalu nie je povolené vodiť či priniesť akékoľvek zvieratá.
Na odloženie osobných vecí bude k dispozícii vyhradená šatňa – organizátori neručia za stratu, poškodenie či zmiznutie vecí návštevníka v priestoroch festivalu, vrátane šatne.
Návštevník kúpou lístka na festival udeľuje súhlas organizátorovi festivalu so spracovaním svojich osobných údajov na účely realizácie a propagácie festivalu.
Návštevník kúpou lístka na festival udeľuje súhlas organizátorovi festivalu s použitím svojej podobizne na účely propagácie festivalu, najmä formou vyhotovenia fotografií, videa alebo obrazového a zvukového záznamu z festivalu.
Organizátori si vyhradzujú právo na doplnenie pravidiel podľa potreby. V prípade porušenia pravidiel návštevníkom, môže byť táto osoba organizátorom adekvátne potrestaná. V prípade potreby aj vykázaním z festivalu bez nároku na vrátenie vstupného.
V prípade akýchkoľvek problémov sa prosím obráťte na organizátorov.
Rules for visitors
The visitor is obliged to behave in accordance with the valid legislation of the Slovak Republic.
Visitors are obliged to wear the wristband (ticket) visibly on their wrist. If it is torn, the ticket becomes invalid. A replacement will not be issued for a torn ticket and it will not be reimbursed.
Participants are obliged to follow the instructions of the organizers - the festival organizers will be marked for recognition by visitors.
Political / ideological propaganda is prohibited in the festival premises.
Participants are obliged to observe the rules of decent behavior. It is prohibited to physically or verbally attack other participants.
It is prohibited to bring in, store and consume alcoholic beverages in the festival premises. (This also applies to persons older than 18 years of age.)
It is prohibited to store and use narcotic or psychotropic substances in the festival premises.
Visitors under the influence of alcohol or other substances that disturb the surroundings will be removed from the premises without a refund of the entrance fee.
Smoking (cigarettes, cigars, electric cigarettes, vaporizers, etc.) is prohibited in the festival premises.
Handling open fire is prohibited in the festival premises.
It is prohibited to consume food and drinks in the cinema hall.
If someone pollutes the festival premises, they are obliged to return them to their original condition as soon as possible.
In the event that a visitor causes property damage to the venue, the organizer or other festival participants, this visitor is obliged to compensate for the damage in full.
Visitors are prohibited from connecting their own devices to the electrical network in the festival premises, unless otherwise specified.
It is prohibited to post posters, advertisements and place leaflets and brochures without prior agreement with the organizer.
The sale of goods and services throughout the festival area is permitted only with the consent of the organizer.
Entry into the festival area with any functional real weapon is not permitted.
Weapon models that serve as part of cosplay are permitted, but their possession must be reported upon arrival at the festival and shown to the organizer at the info booth. At the same time, it is mandatory to handle these models in a way that does not cause harm to health or property.
The festival organizers are not responsible for underage visitors who are left at the festival unaccompanied by an adult.
It is not permitted to lead or bring any animals into the festival area.
A designated cloakroom will be available for storing personal belongings - the organizers are not liable for the loss, damage or disappearance of the visitor's belongings in the festival area, including the cloakroom.
By purchasing a ticket to the festival, the visitor grants the festival organizer consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of organizing and promoting the festival.
By purchasing a ticket to the festival, the visitor grants the festival organizer consent to the use of their image for the purpose of promoting the festival, in particular in the form of photographs, videos or image and sound recordings from the festival.
The organizers reserve the right to supplement the rules as necessary. In the event of a violation of the rules by a visitor, this person may be adequately punished by the organizer. If necessary, even by expulsion from the festival without the right to a refund of the entrance fee.
