SK *Pravidlá a dôležité informácie*

Daj svojim starým veciam nový domov! Prines ich do Bring & Buy, kde môžu nájsť nového majiteľa a ty si pritom privyrobíš, zatiaľ čo si budeš užívať program na festivale.

  • Akceptuje sa iba tovar s ázijskou tématikou – knihy, CD, cosplay, j-fashion, tradičné odevy (kimoná, hanboky), j-rock, k-pop a anime merch, figúrky…

  • Tovar nesmie byť znečistený či závažne poškodený. V prípade ľahkého poškodenia - t.j. poškodenie, ktoré neobmedzuje funkčnosť tvoraru (napr. oškretá figúrka či chýbajúci doplnok bez ktorého je plne funkčná), musí byť toto poškodenie uvedené na štítku.

  • Povolený je len súkromný predaj – obchody a Artist Alley umelci v Bring & Buy svoj tovar predávať nemôžu. 

  • Predajca musí byť návštevníkom festivalu.

  • Zakázaný je predaj:

    • tovaru porušujúceho autorský zákon či duševné vlastníctvo (čiže napr. pirátske kópie CD či DVD)

    • lucky boxov a mystery boxov (výnimkou sú originálne blind boxy ako napr. Funko Pop Mystery Minies, ktoré sú dostupné aj v bežnom predaji)

    • spodnej bielizne a erotického tovaru (napr. hentai)

    • potravín a použitého make-upu

    • cosplay printov a foto (využite na predaj Cosplay stánok)

    • podozrivý reselling (t.j. množstvo nového tovar s vysokou maržou, u ktorého je dôvodná obava z resellingu)

  • Nenávratný poplatok za sprostredkovanie predaja v Bring & Buy je 1 €/kus.

  • Maximálny počet kusov predávaných jednou osobou je 10.

  • Tovar na predaj sa prijíma iba v nedeľu 28.júna 2026 v Game Room miestnosti v čase 11:00 - 12:00. Zárobok a nepredaný tovar si možno vyzdvihnúť po ukončení Bring & Buy iba v čase 16:00 - 17:00. V prípade, že si predávajúci tovar nepreberie, tovar sa stáva majetkom OZ FANASIA . Podobne, aj nevyzdvihnutá tržba prepadá v prospech OZ FANASIA.

  • Tovar musí byť:

    • Riadne oštítkovaný (viď oficiálny štítok) - cena, názov tovaru, meno predajcu a kontakt na neho (tel.č.), typ tovaru / čo obsahuje, veľkosť (napr. pri cosplayi, odporúča sa pridať aj foto celého cosplayu), prípadné poškodenia, či iné dodatočné info. 

      • Štítok musí byť umiestnený dostatočne pevne, aby nemohol odpadnúť, no zároveň je potrebné, aby ho pokladník vedel odlepiť tak, aby nepoškodil tovar a mohol štítok odložiť k vyúčtovaniu.

      • Ak tovar stratí štítok, nevieme ho priradiť k predajcovi a bude stiahnutý z predaja. 

    • Riadne zabalený v priehľadnom obale (výnimkou sú originálne krabice – tie však odporúčame prelepiť lepiacou páskou či zabaliť do priehľadného celofánu).

      • Platí najmä pri figúrkach a cosplayoch zložených z viacerých častí, parochniach alebo pri predaji celých sérií komiksov – odporúčame pridať na štítok foto tovaru. Kupujúci si tovar môže pred kúpou vybaliť a skontrolovať pri pokladni.

  • Ceny musia byť zaokrúhlené (10,50 €, 15 €… NIE 10,49 €, 14,90 €…). 

  • Platiť sa môže iba hotovosťou a iba na pokladni (predávajúci nemôže stiahnuť tovar v priebehu Bring & Buy).

  • Vratky a výmena po platbe nie sú možné – kupujúci si môže tovar skontrolovať a rozbaliť pri pokladníkovi pred úhradou.

  • Festival nezodpovedá za prípadné krádeže či poškodenie tovaru a neuhrádza majiteľovi vzniknutú škodu. V prípade pristihnutia návštevníka pri krádeži môže byť privolaná polícia a dotyčný bude vyhodený z festivalu.

  • Bring & Buy má svoju maximálnu kapacitu – po jej dosiahnutí nebude prijatý žiaden ďalší predajca či tovar.

  • Festival si vyhradzuje právo odmietnuť tovar bez udania dôvodu.

  • Festival si vyhradzuje právo na zmenu pravidiel.

Give your old things a new home! Bring them to Bring & Buy, where they can find a new owner, and you can earn some extra money while enjoying the festival program.

  • Only goods with an Asian theme are accepted – books, CDs, cosplay, J-fashion, traditional clothing (kimonos, hanboks), J-rock, K-pop, anime merch, figurines…

  • The goods must not be dirty or seriously damaged. In case of minor damage - i.e., damage that does not limit the functionality of the item (e.g., a dirty figurine or a missing accessory without which it is fully functional), this damage must be stated on the label.

  • Only private sales are allowed - shops and Artist Alley artists cannot sell their goods at Bring & Buy. 

  • The seller must be a visitor to the festival.

  • The sale of the following goods is forbidden:

    • goods that infringe copyright or intellectual property law (e.g., pirated copies of CDs or DVDs)

    • lucky boxes and mystery boxes (except for original blind boxes such as Funko Pop Mystery Minies, which are also available in regular stores)

    • underwear and erotic goods (e.g., hentai)

    • food and used make-up

    • cosplay prints and photos (use the Cosplay stand for this sale)

    • suspicious reselling (i.e., a quantity of new goods with a high margin, for which there is a reasonable concern about reselling)

  • The non-refundable fee for mediating sales at Bring & Buy is €1/item.

  • The maximum number of items sold by one person is 10.

  • Goods for sale are only accepted on Sunday, June 28. 2026 in the Game Room, between 11 am and 12 pm. Earnings and unsold goods can only be collected after the Bring & Buy, between 4 pm and 5 pm. If the seller does not pick up unsold goods, the goods become the property of OZ FANASIA. Similarly, uncollected sales are forfeited to OZ FANASIA.

  • The goods must be:

    • Properly labeled (see official label) - price, name of the goods, name of the seller, and contact information (phone number), type of goods / what it contains, size (e.g., for cosplay, it is recommended to add a photo of the entire cosplay), any damage, or other additional information. 

      • The label must be attached firmly enough so that it cannot fall off, but it is also necessary for the cashier to be able to remove it so that it does not damage the goods, and the label can be put aside for billing.

      • If the goods lose the label, we cannot assign it to the seller, and it will be withdrawn from sale. 

    • Properly packaged in transparent packaging (the exception is the original boxes - however, we recommend that they be taped over with adhesive tape or wrapped in transparent cellophane).

      • This applies especially to multi-part figures and cosplays, wigs, or when selling entire comic book series – we recommend adding a photo of the item to the label. The buyer can unpack the item and check it at the checkout before purchasing.

  • Prices must be rounded (€10.50, €15… NOT €10.49, €14.90…). 

  • Payment can only be made in cash and only at the checkout (the seller cannot withdraw the item during Bring & Buy).

  • Returns and exchanges after payment are not possible – the buyer can check and unpack the item at the cashier before paying.

  • The festival is not responsible for any theft or damage to the item and does not compensate the owner for any damage incurred. If a visitor is caught stealing, the police may be called, and the person concerned will be escorted out of the festival premises.

  • Bring & Buy has a maximum capacity - after it is reached, no additional vendors or goods will be accepted.

  • The festival reserves the right to refuse goods without giving a reason.

  • The festival reserves the right to change the rules.
